When visiting our website www.coopbarbarab.it (hereinafter to be called the “Site”), users give their consent to the collection of data and the manner of their use described in this privacy statement. Collection of Personal Data
The BarbaraB s.c.s. Cooperative only collects information that users provide voluntarily together with navigation data.
There is no requirement for users to provide personal data when visiting the site.
Every time users contact BarbaraB by, for example, completing the “Contacts” form on the Site and sending electronic or ordinary mail messages to BarbaraB as indicated on the Site, this will entail the acquisition of users’ data which will be processed in full compliance with the law in force.
The data provided voluntarily by users include:
- first name;
- surname;
- company they belong to;
- position held;
- E-mail address;
- IP addresses;
- URI – Uniform Resource Identifier – address of the resources requested;
- time and method used to make requests to the server;
- numeric code of the response given by the server (successful completion, error, etc.); etc.
Navigation data relate to the operating system and the user’s computer environment whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet communication protocols.
Please note the following: while this information is not collected in order to associate it with data subjects, it could, by its nature, make it possible to identify users if processed and associated with data held by third parties.
Use of personal data
BarbaraB will process the personal data provided by users on the Site in connection with the use of the same. In particular, they may be used for the following purposes:
- Response to the possible requests for services/consultancy made by users;
- Sending of information on our services by e-mail or post if the user has explicitly requested it.
The purposes listed above are subject to the user’s consent (which must be explicit in some cases).
It should also be noted that BarbaraB uses a third party tool (that is, Google Analytics) for exclusively statistical and marketing purposes. The data are in any case managed in completely anonymous form. Such data are used solely for the purposes of obtaining statistical information, are not associated with any data identifying the users and are used to check the proper functioning of the Site. The data are deleted immediately after processing has been completed. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of IT offences being committed that damage the Site.
BarbaraB will not use the data provided for purposes other than those listed above and within the limits indicated in each case in the specific information provided with the service requested by the user.
Users’ data will never be sold or leased out by BarbaraB to third parties: users are the only owners of such data and may request their amendment or deletion at any time according to the limits and procedures defined in the section “Users’ Rights”.
Storage of Personal Information
BarbaraB will store users’ information for the time limit required by the law in force and in any case, for the entire time necessary to provide the services requested.
In particular, the data provided by users will be stored for six months from the date of provision in order to allow users to evaluate BarbaraB’s responses to its requests. Once this time period has expired, the user’s data will be permanently deleted.
Security of Personal Data
The BarbaraB s.c.s. Cooperative is committed to the protection of the security of personal data. BarbaraB uses technologies and procedures specifically devoted to the protection of personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Thus, the personal data provided is archived on limited access servers and all Site transmissions, whether or not representing sensitive personal information, are protected through the use of cryptography protocols such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Transfer of data to third parties
BarbaraB does not transfer personal data to third parties. Nonetheless, BarbaraB will be able to provide such data to third parties in order to provide responses and/or quotations explicitly requested by the user. In such cases, BarbaraB will be able to send part of users’ data to third parties specialising in other sectors. Such third parties will process users’ personal data in full compliance with the law in force.
Users’ data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
BarbaraB will provide personal data to the competent authorities only when it is required to do so under law.
Users’ rights
Users will be fully entitled to exercise their rights laid down under law at any time. These include the following:
- To obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data and to request access to their content;
- To update, check and/or correct their personal data;
- To request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form and the blocking of their data processed in breach of the law;
- To request the limitation of the data processing;
- To oppose the processing for legitimate reasons;
- To receive a copy of the data provided and request that such data are transmitted to another Data Controller.

Protection of Children’s Personal Data
www.coopbarbarab.it is a site used by the public of all ages and hence does not intentionally collect the personal data of children.
