POLICIES FOR THE PREVENTION OF
THE RISK OF ACCIDENTS AT WORK
BarbaraB develops policies to prevent the risk of accidents happening to its operators in line with 18001 certification. The Risk Assessment Document and The Operational Safety Plan are drawn up for each active building site. It is the active party in the drawing up of the DUVRI (Documento unico di valutazione del rischio da interferenza – Single Document for the Assessment of Risk from Interference) with the Client. It provides the Training Plan pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 and provides individual protection gear consistently with the analysis of specific risks.

POLICIES FOR THE PLACEMENT OF
DISADVANTAGED PERSONS

BarbaraB’s operational management approach to job placement activities is entirely based on the continuing collaboration between the operators of the Social Cooperative and the services referring the people concerned. Over the years we have developed relations of ongoing collaboration with a number of local agencies in Turin’s metropolitan area and also in the other Italian regions where we are active. BarbaraB has earned a reputation in the field for a high degree of reliability in its relations with the referring services as a Cooperative which is professionally oriented towards providing job opportunities to disadvantaged people:
